For those seeking privacy yet not far from community--This tiny home is in the awesome tiny village of Chatham, NY. Just a 2-minute walk to Main Street with a dozen restaurants, the Chatham Brewery, unique shops, antiques, vintage clothing, theater, art galleries, Crandell movie theater. Less than 1 mile (walkable with sidewalks) north on Center Street/Route 66 is Crellin Park with a swimming pond (with lifeguard), basketball, tennis courts, skateboarding, trails along the river. PS21 abuts the park and you can access their scenic groomed trails from the back of Crellin Park. You can stay at Blush and walk to just about anything you need including restaurants, brewery, shops, etc. Te closest grocery store is about 1 mile.
