The apartment has a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, and freestanding electric heaters. 2 bedrooms, both with clothes storage. The smaller room has a 150 cm bed, the larger has a 140 cm bed, both with memory foam toppers. The larger room also has a crib, and the smaller room has a desk. In the common area, there are 2 comfortable lounge chairs with a small table in front of the TV/fireplace area, plus 2 bar stools and a table on the opposite side of the fireplace near the kitchen. New coffee maker (July 2023), washing machine, and shower (July 2023). Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note One of the outlets in Bedroom 1 only works when the light is on. The outlet between the beds (slightly under the smaller bed) works even when the light is off. You’ll find the hair dryer under the bathroom sink and the iron in the bottom of the wardrobe in the bedroom. There are fire extinguishers in both the hallway and at the foot of the larger bed in Bedroom 1. At the foot of the bed in Bedroom 1, there’s also a hatch in the wall for the water shut-off valve in case of a leak. (No leaks have occurred since the apartment was purchased in 2013). The fuse box is in the kitchen on the wall facing the bathroom and has automatic circuit breakers. New washing machine in the bathroom as of July 2023.
