The living room features a 70" flat-screen TV with surround sound system and floor to ceiling windows that face the sound. Step outside through a 7-foot sliding glass door to the 600 Sq. Ft. deck to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the sunset at the end of each day. Prepare meals in the fully equipped, vintage kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops or fire up the grill on the front patio. Dine at the kitchen island that seats two or host up to eight at the dining table or, if you prefer to dine al-fresco, the patio table also accommodates eight. This single-story home sleeps four guests with a queen bed in each bedroom. A double inflatable mattress in the flex-space/exercise room can be used to accommodate two additional guests. The main bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and there is an additional powder bathroom. Enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather with covered front and rear patios both with stylish outdoor furniture. Play wiffle ball, cornhole, or chip balls onto the green in the expansive backyard. Owners are available for help during your stay by phone or text. Centrally located, established neighborhood only blocks away from the Des Moines Marina, coffee, dining, and ice cream shops. Most places are accessible by foot, car or bus. There is ample free parking around town, and you can also use bus routes 165, or DART 635. Due to our close proximity to the airport, we do have some airplane noise when the planes are landing from the South or taking off from the North. If you are very sensitive to noise, you should consider booking elsewhere. RV Parking with electric and sewer hookup is available for an additional nightly fee.
