Condo Unit is located on the 17th and 18th floors of the Islas Del Sol in Sinaloa, Mazatlán Mexico. Two bathrooms upstairs 1 bathroom downstairs. 2 Bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom with a sleeper sofa on the main floor. The condo sleeps 7 adults. It has a full kitchen except for an oven. Has a washer and dyer, Full Maid every other day. Direct beach access. The top two floors of the south side of the Islas Del Sol tower. Has a full kitchen, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. This condo unit is one of three penthouse units of the building. It is a corner facing unit. Guests will have access to a full condo with a double deck outside for enjoyment. Great views of the ocean and the Mazatlan Coast. Guests will have housekeeping services every other day. The pool on the ground floor that walks out to the beach. This condo association also is home to a great restaurant on the ground level that serves a full menu and bar. We employ the staff at this condo unit they are happy to help and are great to all visitors. Guest also have access to a private balcony that is two stories with glass railing that will give them views of the ocean and coast of Mazatlan. I do not live at this condo it is my vacation home. I am happy to rent it to guests that would like to have a more authentic Mazatlan Vacation. I am available through text and Air B and B for issues that arise. All problems will be handled by the staff at the condo they are paid by myself to help with any issues guests have. I can not arrange transportation from the airport. I will send you address of the building for your arrival. I expect guests to be comfortable with travel in Mexico and be competent to navigate such travel. Located in the Gold Zone of Mazatlan. Close to all amenities. We have enjoyed ownership at this location for over 20 years. We love the staff they are helpful. Any services provided by the staff guests should be expected to leave a tip for their services. Example: housekeeping, food or water delivery. The area around the condo is a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Many great places to eat and do some tourist shopping. Our family really just enjoys the beach and the patio balconies at the penthouse. They do have a local bus system but we have not used it much. Open air taxis are all over the street and area. They charge a negotiated fee with each user. We use these to go to market or anywhere we don't want to walk. Most attractions are in a reasonable walking distance. The staff at the condo is very knowledgeable they can answer almost any question. Especially regarding local attractions and restaurants. This condo is a gem in Mazatlan as we offer guests a fraction of the cost for a stay with a million dollar view! The decks are spectacular with glass railings. We love this condo and hope you will also! We enjoy sharing a place that has been such a fun place for our family to other people.
