Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. From the sunroom to the lake view this beautiful home is tucked away in one of Hudson's best neighborhoods. This place boasts both a wood and electric fire place, an screened in patio, a second floor deck, each room is its own experience. There are two garage parking spaces along with plenty of driveway parking. Feel free to bring your boat and enjoy the lake. Other things to note Master Bathroom - The faucet handles on each side, slide towards you. This is the most common question I receive. Sunroom doors to outdoor balcony - The door handles are unique and you need to twist them up to both shut the doors so they latch and then again to turn the lock. The twist occurs once in the closed position. Garage - A garage door opener will be left on kitchen counter for you to use during your stay, please make sure to return it to the counter when you check-out. Decorative Pillow Shams/ Covers - Please do not use or remove these covers, it is a hassle for the cleaners that result in an additional expense for me. There are lots of extra pillows in each closet and plenty of extra pillow cases in the hall closet. This is also in the check in and check out instructions, but it is by far the most frequent broken house rule. Broken Items - This happens and you will not be charged for inexpensive small items, but I prefer you tell me so they can be replaced.
