The space SUMMARY: • Welcome to our charming, 90-year-old adobe compound nestled in the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The compound comprises of seven unique casitas, each promising a distinct experience and all boasting of classic Southwestern charm coupled with modern comforts. With locations within walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza and the Santa Fe Railyard, the compound is an ideal home base for your Santa Fe adventures. LIVING AREA: • Each of our seven casitas offers a cozy living area, featuring an inviting gas furnace fireplace and a 32-inch TV. The living spaces are uniquely designed, showcasing elements such as exposed adobe walls, high ceilings with beams, and exposed vigas. A queen-sized sleeper sofa, found in most casitas, offers additional sleeping space for guests. KITCHEN AND DINING: • The compound's casitas come complete with fully equipped kitchens open to the living area, providing you with everything necessary to cook up a storm during your stay. These well-appointed kitchens provide the perfect blend of functionality and style, while a bistro table in the studios offers a quaint dining spot. BED AND BATH: • The casitas in the compound offer comfortable bedrooms and private bathrooms. The one-bedroom casitas are ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families, while the studio casitas are perfect for solo voyagers or couples. Each space has been carefully designed to ensure a peaceful and restful stay. OUTDOOR SPACE: • 4 out of 7 casitas in our compound features a private back patio, offering a tranquil space to unwind amidst the native greenery that surrounds our property. Additionally, the shared courtyard, dominated by a classic Spanish style fountain, provides a serene communal area where you can relax after a busy day of exploration. LOCATION: • Location is key to the unique charm of our compound. Situated within walking distance to both Santa Fe Plaza and the Santa Fe Railyard, the property offers easy access to an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. This ideal location offers the best of Santa Fe right at your doorstep, making our compound the perfect home base for your Santa Fe adventures. Guest access The Dos Hermanas compound, featuring seven rental casitas, offers guests an array of enjoyable and comfortable spaces throughout their stay. The property includes a shared courtyard accessible to all casitas, serving as an ideal space for relaxation and mingling with other guests. Moreover, a furnished patio is included in 4 of the 7 casitas provides a delightful setting for outdoor dining, where visitors can relish in meals and beverages amid the stunning scenery. Casitas 4,5,6 and 8 are all pet friendly. Guests staying in each casita will enjoy full access to its various spaces, such as the living area, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The casitas' interior is beautifully decorated with warm tones and handcrafted wooden details, creating a welcoming and cozy environment. We collect a Pet Fee of $50 per pet per stay. Laundry Services: We understand that our guests may have laundry needs during their stay. We offer laundry services for a fee of $40 which includes wash, dry, and fold. If you would like to avail of this service, kindly inform us in advance to schedule it. We endeavor to provide quality service and ensure your clothing is handled with care. However, we do not take responsibility for any damage or shrinkage to clothing.
