Come wash the sand off your feet in my newly renovated 1 BR apartment. We offer an ocean view and balcony. Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, you can enjoy direct beach access from the apartment or take a refreshing swim in the private pool only available to guest of the complex. Our property is situated just next to major hotels and casinos. Adjacent to the international airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space 7.29.25 Due to infrastructure electricity and water shortages are common and I will not issue refunds. HIGH CLEANING/DISINFECTION STANDARDS (see below)This 900 sq. feet apartment has a private one bedroom with a king size bed and a walking closet. Your family or friends can sleep in the queen size sofa bed located in the living room. It has a spacious bathroom completely remodeled. DISINFECTION STANDARDS: -We proud ourselves in our standards of cleanliness and have taken appropriate measures to ensure your safety by following the CDC guidelines. -We use cleaning products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. -We ensure 24 hours have passed before cleaning for upcoming guest. -Cleaning staff cleans & disinfect all areas per usual in addition to paying special attention to electronic equipment (thermostat, remote controls, and fan controls). - We focus especially on frequently touched surfaces such as door/fridge handles, light switches, and faucets. We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property. Guest access The apartment is equipped with everything you need from, pots and pans, bed sheets, to beach towels. You will have access to the apartment, the pool , the tennis and basketball courts and, most importantly, the beautiful beach. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. There will only be a limited amount of paper goods provided, shampoo, soap, Etc. Shopping is close by and pharmacy is just in front and open 24/7. Please note due to the current conditions the condominium is requiring all guests to wear a bracelet. This bracelet cost five dollars per guest. You will be responsible for paying the five dollars per guest for this bracelet.
