Our vineyard house offers a unique panoramic view over the hilly landscape of Schilcherland. A sophisticated room layout and a few surprising details await you in the house. Bathroom and kitchen have been stylishly modernized and accentuated with contemporary design. The living dining area is a little more traditional with cozy wood panelling, a tiled stove and a seating area. The open gallery is divided into two sleeping areas with double beds. In addition to the covered terrace in the garden, there is also a large balcony with a dining table and hammock. A huge fig tree bears delicious fruit from August. The historic wine cellar is the perfect place to enjoy local specialties, especially on hot summer days. There is also a wood-fired hot tub waiting for you on the terrace. A house just for you. Guest access We welcome our guests personally, hand over the keys and briefly show them around. If this is not possible, there is a key safe at the entrance and we send information in advance. Parking is available directly at the house. The entire house including the wine cellar, balcony, terrace and garden are available for exclusive use. Other things to note The entire property is fully fenced - ideal for a relaxing stay with your dog. There is a meadow of approx. 300 m² directly around the house and an additional 6,000 m² of fenced vineyard. This gives two- and four-legged friends plenty of space to run around, explore and relax. The house is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac and therefore there is generally hardly any traffic. A folder with our hand-picked information and tips on the surrounding area is available in the house: "Buschenschenken" (wine taverns), restaurants, excursions, walking trails, etc. The following equipment is available for our four-legged guests: - Information folder about the region with tips for dogs (and people 😉) - Information on hiking and walking trails around the house - 3 extra towels - 1 fleece blanket - Dog mat or lounger min. 110 x 65 cm (please place blanket on top) - Food bowl large and small with pad - Kitchen scales - Vacuum cleaner - Lint roller - Laundry rack - Dog bag and own outdoor waste bin - First aid kit and vet information - Tweezers (ticks)
