The house is on 3 levels, only the 2nd and 3rd levels are for rent, THE LOWER STUDIO IS OCCUPIED BY A TENANT, but does not generate any overlook. Please arrange to park only 3 cars. From 10pm music and noise pollution must be greatly reduced. A security deposit of €2,000 will be required when you check in to the house by credit card (no cash). In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it. The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 8 people. A Minut noise sensor is placed to ensure respect for the neighborhood. A surveillance camera is placed in the parking lots to secure the parking lots.
