“Ale's House” LARGE REST HOUSE

Ale's house has her artist's touches, is spacious, is at a key point of Zacatecan tourist attractions (historic center, Bufa, Fair facilities) approx. 5 minutes by car, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You'll have the entire house and a parking space for a large car. It includes all the amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a TV room, a bar, 2.5 bathrooms, and WiFi; everything for the best possible traveler experience. The house is spacious, newly renovated, decorated with works inspired by Ale, and can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people. On the first floor is the kitchen that has a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender and all the necessary cooking utensils; the dining room is spacious and has a hot and cold water dispenser (tea and coffee are included). It has a small and picturesque bar perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work. The living room is large and comfortable. There is a half bathroom under the stairs for common use. The second floor, for sleeping, has 3 bedrooms and a TV room; the master bedroom has its own full bathroom, king size bed, a dresser and a closet. This is the only bedroom with air conditioning. In the other two bedrooms there is a double bed in each and a dresser. In both there are closets but in one of them the closet is closed to store household items. In the TV room there are two double sofa beds and a 50-inch TV with access to Netflix, Claro Video, YouTube, Cinépolis click, etc. in addition to the open TV channels. There is a full bathroom in the hallway for common use. Guest access Access is to the entire property, except the backyard, which is used for storage.
