The City View Guest House is located on a large property overlooking downtown Spokane. We are surrounded by some of Spokane's most historic residences in the Cliff Park neighborhood. The en-suite bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and large vanity. The living area is spacious with a 55" smart TV and a sectional couch that converts to a queen size sofa bed. The living room has its own bathroom with a bathtub and large vanity. There is also a laundry area with separate washing machine and dryer, laundry pods are provided. The kitchen has a brand new electric range, and is fully stocked with all of the cooking/baking essentials. There is a Keurig coffee machine with K-cups and creamer provided. There is a full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.
