With a super-central location it's a breeze to explore Salt Lake: world-renown skiing and hiking up the Cottonwood canyons to the right, turn left to explore downtown, and Park City is just 35-minutes up scenic Parley's Canyon. Or stay in – craft meals in a fully-stocked modern kitchen and cozy up by the wrap-around retro fireplace to relax after dinner with 5GHz WiFi at 200mbps. The space The entire home has been renovated and redesigned with modern comforts while preserving its 1959 charm. It features 6 bedrooms with queen beds, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 fully-stocked kitchens, 2 large and spacious living rooms with gas fireplaces, 2 laundry rooms, and a large backyard and patio. Our long driveway and covered carport provide cover from the snow in the winter and ensure you have plenty of space to park. Perfect for a large group or family, the home can even be separated into two dedicated spaces, each with its own private entrance if desired. We fully-furnished our place so it has everything you could need. The kitchens are 100% equipped so you can actually use it (including must-have coffee supplies). We have fast, 5GHz internet at 200Mbps to ensure zippy shows and video calls. The TVs feature Roku so you can log into your favorite entertainment subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Hulu). Or enjoy old school leisure with provided books, games, puzzles, playing cards, and poker chips. Bedrooms feature 4 pillows per bed, fresh linens on comfortable mattresses, and even spare blankets to stay extra warm. Bathrooms include shampoo & conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, plush towels, and more. Guest access You can access the property via the front or back doors using a unique code we'll send you upon check-in. Parking is available in the long driveway as well as the back covered carport. Other things to note Please be aware – breaking the house rules will forfeit the deposit and we'll have to ask you to leave. Unfortunately we've had bad guests in the past who caused some problems and disrupted our neighbors. (They hosted parties with tons of people, parked in non-designated spots, left trash in the yard, were loud and drunk all night, etc…) Please book elsewhere if you're looking for a place to trash and go crazy - our nice and chill retreat simply isn't for you!
