Come and enjoy a peaceful stay with Shaun and Eve in rural Oxfordshire near White Horse Hill. This is a self-contained annexe attached to our home, on our small-holding in a quiet country hamlet. Whether you are staying for business or pleasure, we are ideally located with easy access to the M4 and A34 (c.15 mins away), great walking and cycling opportunities along the historic Ridgeway. The annexe is self catering with a kitchen/dining room, bathroom and bedroom/living room suite. The space This recently converted 1 bed annexe as part of the main property enjoys its own off-road parking with your vehicle being right outside your front door, there is also room enough to secure your bicycle within the property. Some great local pubs for food plus a well stocked village shop open 7 days a week, about 1 mile away. The front garden is yours to enjoy and a bit of a sun trap when its out! The property consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen/dining area equipped with air-fryer, microwave and fridge freezer, a large sitting room with sofa, TV, desk, wardrobe and a double bed. The bathroom includes a large, double shower. There are plenty of local footpaths very close by and the Ridgeway, all accessible by foot from the property. Guest access You can park your car on your own driveway right outside your front door. A security camera covers the entrance driveway into the property. Other things to note It is advisable to have transport in this location. But we have recently been upgraded with a bus service into Faringdon and Wantage, meaning you can get to Didcot parkway rail station and Oxford City Centre by bus. This property is strictly no smoking in any part of the house.
