PARKING/OUTDOOR AREA: Parking is allotted for TWO (2) cars only. This house has balconies for each of its 2 floors. BEDROOMS: • Room 1: King bed with hypoallergenic covers with wall-mounted TV. • Room 2: Double bed with hypoallergenic covers. • Room 3: Queen bed with hypoallergenic covers. • Lower floor common area: Twin size bunk beds with hypoallergenic covers. LIVING ROOM: Widescreen 50” television with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and digital public channels. Plus, we’ve got board games for the kids and the kids at heart! BATHROOMS: Master suite bathroom with tub and 2nd common bathroom are both featured with hot water and heating and it’s also fully stocked with basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryer and they have bath tub. KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Conveniently cook meals in our well equipped kitchen that features a wide countertop, gas stove, blender, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans, knives and other cooking and dining essentials. Guest access AC/HEAT: Central air conditioning/heating system is installed around the house for your comfort. WASHER/DRYER: On-site washer and dryer are provided for your use anytime during your stay with soap, fabric softener and bleach. INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet speed goes up to 100Mbps+. ENTERTAINMENT: There’s a whole variety of entertainment materials available for the entire family. Aside from the online streaming platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, there are also other stuff such as board games, playing cards and books that we have prepped for you. Other things to note PARKING: Street parking is PROHIBITED and is considered a serious offense in the area. Guests should only use the 2-vehicle parking area allotted. Any violation will result to a fine and vehicle towing at guest's own expense. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including the patio. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500. PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00 midnight via smartlock (The code will be sent 1 day prior to your arrival) CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater a late check-out request) Security: Property is equipped with security cameras that are installed on the exterior of the property (i.e. driveway and front door) to ensure guest safety.
