Guest access The garage apartment is fully available to guests. Guests are able to park on the right side of the front door of the apartment in the driveway. This garage apartment shares the property with a 1930's farmhouse cottage. When guests of the main house are occupying the home garage apartment guests should not access the fenced-in backyard of the main house. Other things to note This property does sit 1.5 block away from train tracks. And while the train does run a few times throughout the day it's more of a dull sound; not such an alarming sound. The courthouse clock can also be heard but it's a real faint bell. There are security cameras on the property but only on the exterior of the buildings covering the main entry ways of both the main house as well as the garage apt.
