Take a stroll through our neighborhood and the Colonia Americana, enjoy the restaurants, boutiques and bars that this area of the city offers you. The space The studio located in our home has an equipped kitchen, private bathroom, living room, dining room, TV, wifi internet, air conditioning, queen size bed and space to store belongings as well as a pleasant covered terrace with two comfortable chairs and tables where you can rest, read, relax. Guest access Includes water, gas, electricity and internet. The space we offer is not shared with anyone else, only you enjoy it even if it is inside our home, we only go up if it is necessary to clean or water the plants, but it is a space for you to have privacy and be comfortable. Access to the studio is from our house, we share the entrance from the street only. Other things to note You can rest and/or work comfortably since the entrance is not directly to the street, you have all the privacy and tranquility to rest and/or work without external distractions. Our guests have said that it is very quiet and there is quiet at night and during the day to work and rest, you will feel at home.
