The space A private fenced in yard, surrounds Rancho Mora with trees and foliage. This yard is equipped with a barbecue and gathering spaces for you and your guests. Further beyond Rancho Mora's private area is the property's acreage where you are welcome to wander and discover the horses, ranch animals, pastures, and stables. Start your day with a game of tennis on the property's private court, or take a walk along the pathways that lead to trails within the property. Close to wineries, Los Olivos, downtown Santa Ynez, Ballard's little town, and the world-famous Solvang, Rancho Mora is in a prime location within the Santa Ynez Valley. Spend your day shopping at the specialty and boutique shops, enjoying the great outdoors at Lake Cachuma and other recreational areas, or enjoying wine tasting at a few of the 120 wineries. In the evening, you can take in the big sky and endless stars around the campfire while preparing dinner on the barbecue or head out to the many culinary delights located throughout the Santa Ynez Valley. Inside this charming ranch-style home you’ll find comfortable spaces that capture the real feel of ranch life — nothing fancy or modern, just genuine warmth and character perfect for families or friends.
