This house does have a small porch with 3 steps that you will have to walk up to enter the house. Guest access There are a number of local restaurants to enjoy, including Hightide 21, Mulligans Bar and Grill; Crooked Post Winery; Lago Vista; ;and the American Legion, Post 225 all within minutes of the house. Note, this house does have three steps to enter the front door Other things to note There are four smart tv's with twenty five local hd channels and two DVD players. Additionally, a 50 dollar per animal staying pet fee will be added to the cleaning fee if a pet is staying indoors. Pets should not be left unattended while owner is away. Pets should be left in a kennel while guest are away from the property. The number of pets that will be staying should be communicated to host prior to booking for pre approval . No cats, ferrets, birds, snakes or exotic animals are allowed . House does not have direct lake access but sits only .8 miles away from old town park Ozawkie boat ramp and campground .(3-4 min drive) Additionally, there are three steps to you will have to go up to enter the house.
