Beautiful country house with a pool!

Old house with outdoor pool: Burgundy stones, beams and floor tiles, tastefully renovated. Located in a quiet village in the middle of the fields, a few kilometers from the town of Semur-en-Auxois, where you will find all amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema, hospital). Also a few kilometers away is Lac de Pont and its leisure and swimming center. Come snuggle up by the fire or enjoy the large veranda to share meals with family or friends! The space The accommodation is composed on the ground floor of an open kitchen, a living room with functional fireplace, a large veranda dining room. This veranda overlooks a large wooded garden without opposite where you will find all the furniture needed to eat outside or to rest in the sun. Upstairs you will find the bathroom with bathtub, two closed double bedrooms, the third double bedroom is closed by blackout curtains to offer you the privacy you need. You will also find an open mezzanine with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed. The accommodation has two separate toilets, on the ground floor and upstairs. You will have access to a closed courtyard to park your vehicles in front of the house.
