Our cozy apartment in the heart of Somlószőlős is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful wine region of Hungary. Located on a small vineyard, our apartments offer stunning views of the hills and vineyards. House 4 (Olaszrizling) downstairs - 1 bedroom for 2 guests, the room is with a king size double bed In the courtyard, you can have access to a hot tub. Apartments does not feature, but in the common area, there is an available microwave oven, washing and drying machine, iron, and dishwasher. Additionally there is a common space under the house 2, where you can use the kitchen, and come together with your friends. Our location is dog friendly. The winery is located in the charming village of Somlószőlős, nestled in the rolling hills of western Hungary. The region is known for its rich history and cultural heritage, with numerous castles, churches, and museums to explore (within 1 hour drive, Festetics castle in Keszthely, Eszterházy castle in Fertőd, and Széchenyi castle in Nagycenk). Somló Mountain, just a short drive from the winery, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The area is also home to several thermal spas and natural hot springs, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring - also 1 hour drive Héviz and Zalakaros. The nearby town (30 mins drive) of Tapolca features a unique underground lake and cave system, as well as a variety of restaurants and shops. The 5 Ház Winery is easily accessible by car via the Road 8 from Budapest. The closest train station is in the town of Devecser, about a 15-minute drive away, where you can take a local bus to Somlószőlős. Alternatively, there are several taxi companies in the area that can arrange transportation to and from the winery. We're not too strict about the check in and check out times. If the other guests' schedule allows, you can arrive earlier and stay longer.
