This newly renovated and exquisitely furnished 4-bedroom home, complete with a study and parking, offers a contemporary retreat for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience in the bustling city. Step inside and experience the thoughtful design of this home. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with level access from the entry, ensuring ease of movement. The bathroom on this level also houses an internal laundry room cupboard with a washer/dryer combo, adding to the convenience of your stay. The property boasts electric blinds throughout, allowing you to adjust lighting and privacy with a touch. Garage parking is available with rear lane access, providing a secure spot for your vehicle. Please note: it won't fit a long vehicle due to the length between the front and safely closing the door behind the car (5m MAX; 2.2m height limit). Venture upstairs to discover two more bedrooms and a separate study. The master bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a king bed, ensuite, and a TV for your entertainment. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed and an alcove with a single mattress. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
