You'll have a dedicated entrance and complete privacy, entering through a side gate and ascending an exterior staircase to your own bohemian oasis. The apartment has its own private, exterior entrance ensuring your complete privacy and independence throughout your stay. In addition to the upstairs apartment, you are also welcome to use the laundry room located in the main house. This is accessible through a separate outdoor entrance, allowing you to do any necessary washing without disturbing the rest of the home. Other things to note This is an old house and we are still in the process of improving and renovating. This charming, separate apartment is part of a historic house that was built back in 1937. As such, it retains some of the original, unique characteristics that lend it a distinct charm and feel that our guests love. However, as with any old property, it does come with a few quirks. One of these is the property's original heating and cooling system. In particular, during the warmer months, the house may get a bit warm -- that's why we have the portable A/C's in each room. Please feel free to adjust these as needed to create a comfortable environment. Instructions for their use can be found in the House Manual, and we're always available if you need any additional assistance.
