Nestled in peaceful surroundings, it’s within walking distance of the iconic Split Point Lighthouse, the renowned Aireys Pub, and all the local amenities. The spacious accommodation is perfect for families, offering a separate upstairs living area with its own external access. This area includes a double bed, a set of bunks, a cozy living space, and an additional bathroom for added convenience. Pet-friendly (surcharge applies), this home offers the perfect setting for a beachside retreat, though please note the property is not fenced. Linen is not provided, so guests are asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, doona/quilt covers, and towels. Alternatively, a linen hire service can be arranged on request.
