Our best deal is our smallest room that houses a cozy studio feel. By that we mean that you will be in need of utilizing the updated detached private full bath down the hall. This room's charm is perfect for the traveler passing through or the pair on the go. Fixed with a custom built queen bed, wifi, tv, mini-fridge, and small desk space to get those tasks that just can't wait done! ** This room can be booked with room 203, utilizing the conjoining door for an extended space to include a total of 3 beds and ensuite bathroom. Perfect for the family trip or extra friends wanting to share one connected space. The Mill Hotel is located along Main St in downtown Waunakee, WI. The upstairs boasts six unique bedroom and bathroom layouts for guests. The first floor is home to Grace Coffee Co. where guests can enjoy the convenience of craft coffee, espresso, pastries (made in house!) and a full kitchen with breakfast, lunch and small evening plates. Grace also offers a full cocktail menu and rotating tap beers. While this space has transitioned over the years the beautiful beam work has remained. Please enjoy the quirk and charm that comes with a building well over 150 years old! Guest access Self Check In. Guest access was built with ease, enjoyment, and safety in mind. Upon booking online, guests will enjoy the convenience of self check in with communication via text and email. Custom access codes will be provided for guests for room access, as well as building access after 7pm. Other things to note Some of the character of our building includes the location next to the railroad. While it may concern our guests at first take, we look at what a prominent role it once played in the building's history. Today the railroad is traversed infrequently and only if you are lucky will you see one of few routes that continue to pass. In addition, one of the great conveniences of staying at the Mill includes the short flight of stairs downstairs to indulge in a hot morning coffee or latte, pastry, brunch, or evening cocktail. Please keep in mind that while staying here has this great perk, it is important to set realistic expectations of staying above a retail space.
