Built in 2019 the house is in excellent condition and offers spacious and luxurious living and sleeping quarters opening onto a beautiful south facing garden with stunning views. The space There are five large bedrooms in the main house with two ensuite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining area with double doors leading to the patio and south facing garden. The kitchen has a large Lacanche range (with gas and induction hobs as well as a griddle), double door fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There are three stools at the large kitchen island. The dining table can seat up to ten adults. The snug, attached to the kitchen, has a woodburner, two sofas and smart TV. The living room has an open fire, two sofas, armchair and a large smart TV. The south facing garden has a spacious outdoor dining area (with large sunshade parasol) and rattan sofa/chair seating area with firepit. The garden has wonderful views overlooking a large field and orchard and often full of livestock. There is also a large children’s play frame. The sixth (king size) bedroom is located above the garage with separate internal staircase leading to living space/kitchenette and separate bathroom with bath/shower. There is a spacious utility room (washing machine, hanging racks and tumble dryer) as well as a separate boot room with storage and hanging space. There are also two further loos downstairs.
