The Studio

Just right for an escape from the world, or the base for a work trip. The Studio has a great king-size bed, desk space & eating area. There’s a fridge, microwave & sink, Nespresso machine, kettle & crockery. There’s a village Pub, a Café near the castle, and our local Spar shop in the Market Place open every day. We can also offer breakfast at extra cost The Studio is in a converted stable reached by an outside staircase leading to a high-level deck with views across Nunney brook & our gardens The space Penny's Mill is a converted eighteenth-century watermill, and The Studio is a separate little building across the courtyard. Nunney Brook runs through the property and past The Studio. Your space is calm, private, people-friendly and comfortable, with efficient heating in winter and an air-conditioner for summer. Eating irons, glasses and so forth are provided but it's not intended as fully self-catering accommodation. The WiFi works (!) and there's an excellent shower room with toiletries and towels provided. Table for two, director's chairs, flexible lighting. You can park immediately outside, off-road – one car only please Guest access We have B&B guests in Penny's Mill itself so you may encounter other people around the property. The Studio is private but if you take us up on our offer of breakfast (at extra cost) you'll normally eat in our conservatory with any other guests we have. You'll have your own high-level deck with table and chairs, but you are welcome to explore the wider gardens and outside spaces: however the terrace outside the conservatory is for the owners and B&B guests Other things to note Access is via a straight flight of 12 wooden stairs. The Studio and its facilities are not wheelchair accessible
