Perfect for families and groups! The space Our spacious and comfortable home is the perfect retreat for your vacation. It features four cozy bedrooms with fresh cotton bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. A dedicated office provides a convenient work-from-home setup with an adjustable desk and chair. The office also includes a sofa bed that converts into a twin bed, allowing accommodation for 10th guest. Guests will enjoy the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms and a separate toy room for children. We are pet-friendly! The attached garage is insulated and equipped with its own heating and air conditioning, making it an ideal indoor play area for pets. The patio and large backyard provide plenty of outdoor space for your dog to run and play. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a group vacation, or a relaxing escape, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and convenience. Guest access Step into our inviting home, where almost every space is yours to enjoy, with the exception of the master bedroom. Welcome! Relax with the 75-inch 4K TV or enjoy a true movie-theater experience in Bedroom 4. Guests are welcome to watch videos, movies, music, and shows using the host's Netflix and YouTube accounts. You can also cast content directly from your phone to either the TV or the projector, allowing you to enjoy all your favorite entertainment on the big screen. Other things to note We do not live in the house during your stay, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and feel truly at home. Check-in and check-out times may be flexible. If you would like to check in before 3:00 PM or check out after 11:00 AM, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. During the off-season (November 1 to April 30), we may offer special discounts for select stays. Please message us before booking for details. Discounts are applied manually after confirmation. For your convenience, we provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and hand soap. Complimentary tea, coffee beans, and Keurig pods are also available. The sofa bed in the office can be converted into a twin bed to accommodate an additional guest. Enjoy our newly installed 2-person low-EMF infrared sauna, a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Port Dover. Ping pong enthusiasts will appreciate our professional-grade table tennis table with a 25 mm (1") competition-style top, located in the garage and ready for friendly matches or serious practice.
