Downstairs bedroom has a single/double bunkbed. Upstairs bedroom is a loft with ladder to Queen bed. This space is suitable for two couples or a family of 5 max. There is lots of deck space, a sauna, private dock, two screen rooms, fridge, coffee maker, propane oven, hydro electricity, wood stove for heat. There is a TV and DVD library but no wifi. Wood fired sauna is right on the dock, perfect for swimming. Guest access This is an island property so guests will need to have their own boat transportation and we can send you a location pin or you can call Green Adventure's for a boat taxi Other things to note Rent is $250/night with a minimum stay of 3 nights Cleaning fee is $125 No pets please Suitable for 4 adults max or a family of 5. Water is filtered but not UV filtered (bring in drinking water as needed.) There is no ac but we are north facing so it doesn't get too hot. Fans are provided. Open windows at night and close during the day for the best air flow during summer months. There is no wifi because of our location. Some guests use the hot spot on their phone. There is a big tv, dvd player and many movies on site.
