Private suite in front of the subway (with TV)

ONLY FOR WOMEN, as this is the home of the 3 girls: Renata, Raíssa and Rubi (the little dog). My name is Renata, but you can call me Rê. Raíssa's mother and Rubi's tutor. An apartment with an excellent location, close to ENAP, PF and the Ministry [about 15 minutes by car]. The subway and a stop are right in front. As a host, I'm new, but I want to offer a great stay. The space Bedroom with bathroom and TV next to the Guará Metro. The apartment is very cozy. My daughter, Ruby (the dog) and I are the hosts who live in the space, so we'll be here during your stay. In fact, one of the requirements is not having problems with dogs or liking animals. The guest will stay in a room with a 49" TV, which does not appear in the photo.
