The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and dine in comfort. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, designed to provide a peaceful retreat for our guests. The master bedroom comes with an attached toilet for added convenience, while the second bedroom features twin beds and an attached bathroom. Other things to note - One of the highlights of our apartment is the 24-hour electricity supply. The building is equipped with a private generator, ensuring uninterrupted power supply throughout the day. The private generator operates according to the following schedule: 6 am to 10 am 1 pm to 3:30 pm 5 pm to 1:00 am 2:30 am to 4:00 am During these periods, you will have unlimited access to electricity in the apartment. Outside of this schedule, a generator subscription of 10 amps will provide electricity, allowing you to use all lights and electronics in addition to only the AC split in the kitchen. However, rest assured that even during this time, the apartment will remain cool since the outages do not exceed 2 hours in a row. - Smoking, events, parties, professional or commercial photography are not allowed. A penalty fee of $1,000 will apply in case rules are broken! - As per Lebanese law, guests are required to provide us with their ID upon booking confirmation. - Always check if the gas tank is open when you need to use the stove.
