Out back you have a fenced in yard (with security gate to keep kids safe from the water) and a private dock to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine where you can fish, swim, BBQ, or just enjoy the amazing views. Guest 3 has has also had a Queen bed. Downstairs: Guest 4 has a futon folds out to make a queen and has a pull-out sleeper in the couch that folds out into a queen bed. Guests have fully access to the home and all features except use of the fireplace inside. Use of the private dock in the backyard common area park and dock is included. Local owners available for any issues via email or text after booking and throughout your stay. We will leave a list of local favorites for food and activities for you inside the home.
