My studio is located in the heart of la CONDESA, one of the best and most walkable neighbourhoods in Mexico City. You'll enjoy taking a stroll through Parque México and Avenida Amsterdam, taking a coffee break at one of many fabulous cafés, shopping at some of the trendiest shops and boutiques and having dinner at some of Mexico City's most delicious restaurants. Come visit soon! Located on the 8th floor of a 16 floor apartment building, this studio is the perfect base for anyone who wants to discover what Mexico City has to offer. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, one and a half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a terrace with a great sunset view. The bedroom has no door so it's important you are familiar with whomever you're sharing the flat with. The building has 24 hour security and an elevator. There a parking lot inside the building. If you need a parking space let me know and I’ll send you info on cost and availability. I will be happy to recommend places to visit and answer any questions you may have during your stay. La Condesa is one of the best neighbourhoods to live in. Everything is walking distance, there are lots of green spaces and you're close to everything. You'll never run out of coffee shops, tea shops and restaurants to enjoy. Get on a bike and discover this beautiful neighbourhood! Getting around is ideal by FOOT. If you're into public transportation, there's a METROBUS stop right across the street. If you ever feel like taking a bike ride you can rent an ECO-BICI right around the corner. There is a TAXI stand right by the Parque Mexico. UBER is also a great way to get around. The entrance to the building is on a busy street but the studio gives to Amsterdam Street, one of Condesa’s most beautiful streets. La Condesa has a very active nightlife. If your dates fall on a Friday or Saturday, you might get the occasional social gathering in the building. These social gatherings might involve loud music. This might affect your sleeping habits. Music is allowed until 2am in the building on Friday and Saturday nights. Security is there to help make sure that this rule be respected.
