Short Term Accommodation License #2023STA-012 This property has 300 feet of gentle sloping shoreline ideal for boating, fishing and swimming on the beautiful clear water of Lake Manitou...The waters edge is only 20 yards from the deck overlooking the lake and if you are an early riser, the sunrise is just simply beautiful!!! The space The cottage has had many recent upgrades to the property including new windows, doors, exterior siding, composite deck, wood fired sauna, firepit area, bathroom, wood fireplace insert, heat pump / air conditioning, appliances and all flooring. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms with one queen and two double beds, one bathroom, living room area with a pull out couch and two recliners, desk, kitchen area with seating for 6, screened in room overlooking the lake. We provide most of the amenities of home as follows: Included with the rental property is most kitchen cooking requirements (stove, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker), Keurig dual coffee maker (it takes both k cups and ground coffee), kettle, propane BBQ, internet, sauna use, smart TV, bedding, wash towels, washer & dryer, parking, Kayak, inflatable paddle board. Other things to note The property is located ON Manitoulin Island ON LAKE MANITOU which is 30 minutes drive to / from the South Baymouth ferry dock and 15 minutes to the town of Mindemoya which has a grocery store (lcbo), a few restaurants, 9 hole golf course (Brookwood Brae) and a hospital.
