Entire apartment - Zurich city limits

You are within walking distance of the bus stop and only 2 km from the outskirts of Zurich. Shopping is available right at your doorstep and a hiking trail also starts right at your place. Wellness facilities and an indoor pool are a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is exactly 6 km away from the city center of Zurich - Bürkliplatz = 12 min by car and 25 min by public transport. I usually rent the entire apartment, for your own use with your own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area with large dining table, bedroom and bathroom. The bed (160 cm) and sofa bed (140 cm) allow a stay for two people who want to sleep separately. The balcony with BBQ, sun loungers, seating area and table is available for your own use. A large TV (flat screen) is also in the apartment. In front of the house there are 10 visitor parking spaces available. Laundry can be washed (including dryer). Surcharge depending on the length of stay. The hosts will give you tips or answer questions about public transport. I speak: German, Spanish and English! I LOOK FORWARD to EVERY VISIT! Guest access You are allowed to use the whole apartment. Other things to note Please dont talk to the neighborhood and if > just answer in English "you are a friend of Ramona" . They are very nice people but the are very noisy as well. Some things they are not supposed to know.
