Cozy and Private Cottage, close to Beach

Located in Regina Beach 2 blocks away from the beach and Centre St. and one block from the boat launch. The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Electric heat and air conditioning. Ample room to park a boat or camper trailer. There is a large screen TV with NetFlix, Prime /Paramount+ and new fire pit for days when fires are permitted.(Provincial Fire bands are common) There is a 15% discount for weekly stays and up to 35% discount for longer stays. Early check-in is available on most occasions. Other things to note The cottage is Ozone treated from time to time to mitigate odors, bugs, pathogens and little critters, leaving a fresh smell and sterilized environment. The guests are expected to leave the cottage tidy without debris and messes. Bed linens and towels etc. are washed between guests stays and weekly thereafter. Additional cleaning can be discussed on arrival. (There is a washer and dryer across the street that can be used) As well there is a cleaning lady that works for $25/hr.
