Guests will have the entire property to themselves. There is no shared space. Other things to note HOLIDAY DECOR- coming immediately after Thanksgiving! Camera Disclosure: We have four, actively recording cameras overlooking the front, back, and side entrances which record video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. All devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. Cameras only record the outside of the property to ensure the safety of our guests. Please be advised, the home sits on creekside acreage with natural wildlife growing outside the yard area. We are not responsible for any injuries or deaths occurring due to incidents or accidents. There is plenty of porch and yard space to enjoy, just exercise caution beyond the yard. *We have a strict no party / loud music rule. There is a minimum fine of $1000. *Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm and run until 7am. *No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected. *Check-in time is 4PM-11p *Checkout time is 10am *No extra / overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation). If the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, or charge a $100 per guest per night fee. *No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) *No pets *No delivering personal packages/mail to the property unless arranged beforehand *No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) *No unplugging of the electronics like TVs,lamps, Roku sticks etc *We reserve the right to charge you accordingly if any of the above rules are broken After the reservation is confirmed we’ll ask for your government issued ID and ask you to agree to our house rules. Both are required for access to the home. Infant & Baby Equipment Disclaimer For your convenience, this property provides select baby and infant items such as a high chair, pack and play, and other similar equipment. By using any of these items, you acknowledge and agree that: • Use of all baby and infant equipment is entirely at your own discretion and risk. • The host is not responsible for any injury, accident, or harm resulting from their use. • Guests are responsible for inspecting each item before use to ensure it meets their personal safety standards. • Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times when using any provided items.
