Located near the famous Grand Park Sports Campus, you'll find this large and inviting, fun house equipped with all you need to keep your group entertained. In the heart of Sheridan, this rare find is sure to exceed your expectations with all the space (& amenities) you'll need for your short or long-term stay. Skip the hotel hassle and make your way to our comfy location. Host a movie night, play some bean bag toss, or chill out on the deck; we've got options for you! The space Our home is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. In regards to sleeping arrangements, we have 20 twin beds (bunk-bed style), 2 full-size beds, and 3 queen beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath with 2 additional baths in the home, also accessible to our guests. In the game area are TVs, wall tic-tac-toe, and a cornhole setup. Guests have access to a full kitchen with lots of counter space for preparing meals for your group. A full-size washer and dryer are also available to our guests during their stay. Should anyone need a designated working space/area, please feel free to utilize the table and chairs within the living room area. This space is perfect for a team or large group coming in for tournaments or games hosted by Grand Park Sports Campus. Sleeping about a total of 30 people, you're in the perfect location to make your commute to and from the campus, making time to relax between sessions a breeze. Guest access Guests have access to all things mentioned above. Our guests also have access to the outside back deck, backyard, and graveled side yard closest to the laundry room access door. Please refrain from utilizing the front yard, garage and front of house parking as that is reserved for Unit A. However, the driveway to the left of the house is reserved for Unit B. Other things to note If you choose to use the outdoor space at any time, please keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors (see quiet hours.)
