Location of rental is perfect as you are within walking/biking distance to downtown, miles of mountain biking/hiking out the back door, close to Fort Lewis College, and 30 min to Purgatory. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. WiFi fast speed for working remotely Permit #17-016 The space has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one full size bathroom, full size washer/dryer, and full kitchen with open space to living area. The garage is used minimally. You will have the whole apartment above the garage to yourselves, small porch with table and 2 chairs as well as a small yard area. We live on the property and can have as little or as much interaction as guests would like. The neighborhood is a mixed area of older and younger people and families. We are located within a 10-minute walking distance to Main St/Downtown area. Horse Gulch recreation trails are located across the street with ample opportunity for running, hiking, and biking even in the winter. There are not a lot of options for public transportation in Durango, but Uber and taxis are available. There is one parking spot in front of the garage for guests, other vehicles will need to park nearby on 4th Street. There is no guest access to garage under apartment. Bike/Ski storage available under stairs. Level 2 EV charger on site.
