Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy. The space At 500 Sq feet, you will have a nice cozy stay! Ideal for a couple's getaway! Guest access All spaces on the property are ok to use including the BBQ and fire table area. Other things to note There is no WIFI in our homes. We do have a TV and DVD player. No fish processing on the property (we don’t want to attract bears to the neighborhood) and no fishing gear inside the house.
