Home Away From Home in St. Paul

Spacious 2-bedroom/1-bathroom right near downtown St. Paul! Plenty of room for everyone in this two floor unit in a triplex building. In-unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen, and free street parking all make this a convenient stay for your St. Paul and Twin Cities adventure! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home away from home just minutes from the state capitol and downtown St. Paul. The space The two bedrooms are located in the basement along with the laundry (washer, dryer) and a TV lounge area. The main floor has the spacious kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and a relaxing living room area.There are also covered back and front porch areas to enjoy the wonderful spring and summer weather if you so choose! Other things to note Please note you will be dealing with stairs at this location. The house itself is located on a bit of a hill, so you will find steps whether you are entering from the front or the back. This main floor/basement unit also has stairs to get down to the basement (which is where the bedrooms are). Also please realize this house has an over-100 year history! The floors are strong but they can make noises as you walk. The stairs down to the basement have a low ceiling and there is no central air conditioning (window air conditioners available during the summer). The basement is also partially finished but not fully finished as there are some drywall, trim, and other items that are not currently finished. I feel like this house offers a great value for the # of people and the location! Of course, I am bias as I have lived here. If you have any concerns, please message me or seek other accomodations.
