Other things to note At the latest upon check-in, the Lessee will provide the Lessor with a check in the amount of 2,000 Euros (uncashed) as a security deposit intended to cover damage and/or deterioration to the accommodation and furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee as well as the loss of keys or objects. If the lessee cannot provide the deposit check, they must leave a cash deposit of 500 Euros. The security deposit will be returned subject to inventory and condition of the premises in accordance with the return of the keys in the month following the end of the rental.
