They are not to be used during stays and they are not advertised under amenities on the listing. - Washer/dryer available (BYO laundry detergent and dryer sheets) - Electric Traeger Pellet Grill available - Fire-pit available, please BYO firewood - Hot tub Available plus plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views! BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor area. Other things to note - This property is suitable for children/infants. Please note this house is not child-proofed. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. We have 3 Security Cameras Outside, Easy to Spot. One monitors the Parking Area, One Monitors the Driveway/Road and One Watches the Valley(Keeping an eye out for grass fires.)
