Imagine exiting the elevator to the third floor leading to your beautiful mini suite located in the very sought after and desired Puertas de Sol sector of Cuenca. Upon entering you are welcomed by floor to ceiling windows. After relaxing in your full sized bed you wake up and walk to the nearby park where you can enjoy the view of the river and the various nearby restaurants. All within a five-minute walk. The space This 37m² mini suite is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Cuenca. It has an amazing window that provides great natural light. However, during high temperatures, heat may build up inside. Opening the windows and closing the blinds will help, and we also provide a small air conditioner to ensure better air circulation. You’ll find a park, restaurants, supermarkets, and more within a 2 to 7-minute walk. You will be able to find a park, restaurants, supermarkets and more just by walking from 2 to 7 minutes. Other things to note *** Invoices *** As a request of SRI , we will give you a Nota de Venta (does not apply taxes) under the person that makes the reservation and according to the amount that we receive as host (nights room fee+cleaning fee). If you need it under another person's name, let us know before your departure. We will send you a picture of the Invoice. **** There is NO PARKING in the building, but at the end of the street there is a parking lot that for $5 you can store your car overnight, this value covers a certain time: from 5pm to 9am the next day. Taking into account that the parking lot works at a specific time: Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. That is, if you want to keep it overnight, you can only do so until closing time, not after. Likewise, if you want to pick up your car in the morning, you can do so from opening time (NOT BEFORE) until 9 am. The parking lot is under care at all times. Make sure to be on time for parking your car, if you cannot be on time, the only option is to park outside the building under your own risk. WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
