We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Other things to note INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, the license fee, the parking passes and the wristbands. These fees are non-negotiable. NOTE: The free activities and bike rentals offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie, at least 48 hours in advance. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks.
