In the heart of the Champagne vineyard, 10 minutes from Nigloland and Bar sur Aube, come and stay in the "Le Grand Clos" gite, a spacious single-story house accessible to people with reduced mobility and located under the owners' Champagne sales/tasting shop (On request, the winegrowers and passionate owners will be happy to show you their profession). During your stay, you will be assured of calm while enjoying a green setting and the surrounding nature of a 7000 m² park. During your stay, you will be assured of calm while enjoying a green setting and the surrounding nature of a 7000 m² park. The cottage has a large living room open to the outside and composed of an equipped kitchen area, a dining area, a living room with TV and DVD player, a sofa bed, a separate toilet with sink, 2 double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm beds), a twin bedroom (2 90 x 200 cm beds) and a bathroom with large extra flat shower, sink and toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a 100 m² terrace overlooking nature with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, lawn and tree areas with children's swing, volleyball/badminton/football court and petanque. Private parking on site. The beds will be made upon your arrival, linens will be provided. Heating and electricity will be included in the price of your stay. However, towels are an additional option (€5/person). For some basic purchases, you will find a bread and fresh produce distributor in the village.
