Upon request, we provide 2 bicycles. Cleaning fee not included, option to book on site. The space This studio of approximately 30 m2 is completely independent and has its own private entrance. It opens onto a 12 m2 terrace, creatively designed to preserve your privacy. The garden furniture consisting of a dining table, two chairs, 2 low armchairs and a coffee table will allow you to fully enjoy this space. The mezzanine bed is 160 cm x 200 cm with high quality bedding. For your convenience, the bed is made before your arrival. The mezzanine is accessed by a 7-step Japanese-style staircase. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious 120 cm x 90 cm walk-in shower, a sink, a suspended toilet, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. Bath towels are provided, please bring your beach towels. The living room consists of a kitchen, sitting area and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer and induction cooktop. Kettle, toaster, French coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker are also at your disposal. The accommodation has Wi-Fi and underfloor heating. The accommodation is non-smoking. No pets allowed in the accommodation and on the terrace. Other things to note We live on the same property. The studio, adjoining our house, is not overlooked by our accommodation.
