The space This rural property is shared with the main house, horse barn, hayfield, and horse pastures. A cozy private balcony offers views of Mesa Verde and the front balcony offers views of the La Plata Mountains. A flight of stairs accesses the shared veranda of the owner occupied main house at the top of the stairs. Turning right and up another 6 stairs provides access to the gated balcony and French doors to the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a generous walk-in closet and ample cupboard space to store belongings. There is a 220v/50amp outlet for EV charging in the parking space in front. Two resident retrievers may greet you from a gated side deck. Guest access You are welcome to walk about the property. There are trails leading down each side of the Ridge. Please do not enter horse corrals or other buildings on the property. Other things to note The owners are a quiet couple that occupy the main house year round.
