Santa Carmela is a luxurious residential development located just 10 minutes from downtown Cabo(which includes the marina), and about 25 minutes to San Jose del Cabo. The property is located in a gated community with 24 hr security. It is near some of the most popular dining spots in Cabo as well as local favorites. The property is perfect for a couples getaway and is located near renowned beaches such as Santa Maria beach. Equipped with everything you will need, one bedroom, one bathroom, small kitchen, laundry amenities, Patio, and parking spot. Its in a beautiful residential that is perfect for long walks, the community is friendly and a mix of local and foreign residents. Close to downtown, close to beautiful beaches, you can use uber to move around, or a rental car would be even better, cabo is best lived with a car. Nearest supermarket would be Costco and Fresko, you also have walmart nearby. Downtown has stores for antiques and the marina with all the boat activities you could think of. The residential has access to a nice beach that is NOT swimmable, because of the rocks. However, you could very comfortably make a small picnic at the beach to watch the sunset or sunrise. Access to the beach and pool is through the clubhouse, which is straight down the main residential road, at the bottom you will see "clubhouse."
