Property is at 10 minutes from Los Baños de Coamo (Coamo Thermal Hot Springs), about 8 minutes from restaurants and downtown Coamo. You can access the property in any type of vehicle. SUV or 4x4 is not necessary. The property is equipped with an electric generator that turns on and off automatically in case of a power outage. Guest access Access to all areas of the home. Other things to note Sometimes I will go by to work (agriculture) on other premises close to the house. The farm is planted primarily with fruit season trees, such as mangoes, avocados, caimito, guavas, pajuil (cashow), acerolas etc. As long as it is for immediate consumption and the fruit is ripe, you can consume them in moderation.
