We are steps from the Glen Park with play equip. & the Reservoir Trail head. Enjoy the true Colorado experience by being surrounded by nature while enjoying the close proximity to town, restaurants & Colorado Springs! The space The entire home is yours during your stay. The Glen house has 4 bedrooms(3 bedrooms plus a loft room); all located on the top floor, three full bathrooms, a King primary bedroom with a huge full attached master bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed & a twin over twin bunkbed(be careful of the ceiling fan). The third bedroom has a bunkbed and is the style of a loft. It has an open "window" that overlooks the Living room downstairs. There is plenty of room for 13! The living space downstairs has vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating. You'll see deer and enjoy the peaceful surroundings during your stay. The home is a little older & perfectly imperfect, but so lovely and so comfortable for a family get away. Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire property, garage, backyard and Hot Tub. Other things to note Just a 20 minute drive to the U.S. Air Force Academy -30 minutes away from the Garden of the Gods -43 minutes from Pikes Peak Highway Tollgate -30 minutes to Downtown Colorado Springs -40 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport -1h5m from the Denver International Airport We do not allow smoking/vaping/drug use at our property. That includes inside or outside. We also do not allow pets. Please treat the Hot tub with respect and clean up after yourselves. We want it to be in great condition for all guests. The host/owner can not be responsible for the Hot tub. Please watch all children carefully. The Hot tub is cleaned with chemicals. We start you off with the basics, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap.
